This year's autumn trip took me to Genoa in beautiful Liguria. The capital of the pesto. You buy this fresh here, by the kilo and not in small glasses. At least in the market.

A completely underestimated city, it was said. Only the coastline is quite nice, I heard somwhere else. However, others, who are constantly on holiday in Italy, have never been there before.

And how did I find it? I really liked the city. With the Pentax K-3 III Monochrome I measured Genoa’s old town for four days in a row as well as the indeed very beautiful coastline. And the food? Oh so tasty! Whether with or without pesto.
